Breakfast Sausage & Egg Casserole

Ingredients

1 lb. Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage
6 eggs, beaten
6 slices White Bread
1.5 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 and ¼ cups Milk
¾ cup Half & Half
Coupons
1 tsp. Ground Mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
½ tsp. Salt
Dash of Pepper
Dash of Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Spray 9×13 baking dish with Pam
  • Trim crusts from bread slices, and place in greased baking dish.
  • Brown sausage and drain.
  • Mix browned sausage and all other remaining ingredients together and pour over bread slices.
  • Cover casserole dish with aluminum foil and place in refrigerator overnight.
  • In the morning, bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 – 55 minutes, or until done.

Crock Pot Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, thawed
2 sticks (1 cup) of Butter, softened
1 cup real Mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
12 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
½ tsp Oregano
½ tsp Basil
Optional: 1 tsp fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
Optional: pinch of Salt

Instructions

  • Add Chicken to Crock Pot
  • Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours {covered}
  • After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crock Pot.
  • In small mixing bowl, combine Butter, Mayo, Parmesan, Garlic, Oregano, Basil & Salt and stir well.
  • Pour mixture over chicken.
  • Cover, and cook on HIGH for 30 minutes more, or until done.

Freezer Friendly Ranch Hamburgers

Ingredients

2 pounds of Lean Ground Beef
1 dry Hidden Valley Ranch Mix – 1 oz. packet
½ cup crushed regular Fritos Corn Chips
1 Egg, lightly beaten

Instructions

  • Mix your egg, ranch mix and Fritos in a large bowl.
  • Add your lean ground beef to bowl and mix with your fingers.
  • Form mixture into 8 balls, place individual balls between two square pieces of Wax Paper, smashing into patties with Hamburger Press.
  • Carefully stack burgers with Wax Paper separating patties, and transfer to a Freezer Ziploc bag, and place in Freezer, standing up.
  • When ready to eat, simply defrost as many patties as you’d like, then grill your burgers for 5 minutes on each side at 350 – 400 degrees, or until done.
  • Melt cheese onto burgers for the last few minutes of grilling, and ENJOY!
